Elizabeth Fairall
Director and Founder, Isisa Healthcare
Many will remember Elizabeth as the Matron of Sandton Mediclinic, where she was an integral part of the team that achieved a five-star rating for service excellence at the hospital.
Thereafter, she was appointed as the Managing Director for Charisma Healthcare, a provider of all categories of staff to Government Hospitals and large private Medical Groups.
On her retirement, she decided to go back to her passion for bedside-nursing and patient care and, together with Anthea Cowan, established Isisa Healthcare as the leading home-based care service in Gauteng. She is presently the Managing Partner of the business and actively involved in day-to-day operations.
Elizabeth remains actively involved in the Nursing Community. She is well-known, well-connected, and continues to play an active role in the provision of nursing care.

Sister Mary Hook
Office Manager
Sister Mary, SRN, SCM is the Office Manager at Isisa and oversees the daily working of the office and the staff. Her duties include counselling of patients and family members, recruitment of staff, and management of facilitators.
Simphiwe Mntambo
Office Carer & Admin Assistant
Simphiwe is an experienced carer and looks after all the office staff at Isisa Healthcare. She also assists with general office work wherever she is needed.
Venice Moonsamy
Credit Controller
Venice joined Isisa Healthcare in 2017 and manages the Debtors book for the business. Having worked with Liz at Charisma Nursing, Venice says it made perfect sense to align herself with Isisa Healthcare.
Rendy Chioma
Reception and Payroll
Rendy was a Carer with Isisa for 3 years before her positive attitude and adaptability gained the recognition of Management. She is now a member of the Admin and Staffing Team and is responsible for the recruitment of Nursing Staff and payroll admin.
Johannah Kolobe
Admin Wages Clerk
Johannah began working for Isisa Healthcare as a Receptionist in 2015. In 2018 she was promoted to her current position. She is responsible for all wage-related tasks, and supervision (and solutions) of nurses’ queries.
Khomotso Mashishi
Administration Clerk
After 13 years in banking, Khomotso joined Isisa Health in 2022. Her role includes the handling of interviews, organisation of nursing staff, and the capture and payments for the nurses.
Monica Mahloana
Clinical Facilitator
Monica qualified as an auxiliary nurse at Sandton Medi Clinic in 1996. She currently works as an Isisa Healthcare Facilitator. Her role includes patient visits and assessments, and training and orientation of nurses at client’s homes.

Florence Khanyile
Clinical Facilitator
Mandlondlo Florence Khanyile is a trained nurse with palliative care experience. She is currently studying Occupational Health. Nursing is her passion and she loves helping people in need. She has been with Isisa Healthcare since 2020.
