Isisa Healthcare is a privately owned company situated in Parkmore, Sandton. The Company was established 16 years ago in response to the many requests for this type of service for the Health Care Industry.

To provide professional and suitably trained carers to meet all client requirements for the Health Care Industry. To try as best possible to meet the physical mental and emotional needs of the patient. To provide support to the family and those in a direct relationship with the patient.
Isisa Healthcare: medium and long term goals:
• To provide “best in class” care in a home environment that will allow the patients to leave hospital much earlier and recuperate in their own environment.
• Isisa Healthcare aims to be the Health Care Provider of choice.
• To develop and grow working relationships with all the Medical Insurance Groups that will result in an overall decrease of direct medical costs to the patient.
Isisa Healthcare has a full time staff compliment of 12 personnel and a database of 300 ‘Care Giving’ staff. All staff are carefully selected using strict criteria to ensure they meet the required standard needed to provide an excellent service. They receive ongoing training to ensure service excellence is maintained within the Health Care Industry. All staff must be and are registered with the South African Nursing Council, with the exception of the Caregivers.
All staff are indemnified.
Isisa Healthcare provides services in the Gauteng area, but has a network of providers in other areas.
Services include that their staff are available to work: day duty, night duty and ‘live-in’ if the patient should need a 24 hour care service.
About the ladies behind Isisa Healthcare
The company was founded by Elizabeth Fairall and Anthea Cowan. Anthea has recently retired, and Elizabeth is the Managing Partner of Isisa Healthcare.
Before the founding of Isisa, Elizabeth Fairall (R.N. R.M. Diploma Clinical care Administration and Instruction), was the Managing Director of Charisma Healthcare Solutions, a division of Adcorp Holdings, from 1997-2008. Senior Nursing Service Manager Sandton Medi Clinic 1992-1999.
