Services
Isisa Healthcare staff are carefully selected, highly trained, and dedicated to providing care and support to patients and their families.
Isisa Healthcare offers different levels of support, as you need it, when you need it.
Please see details of Services below.
Care workers with the relevant skills and experience are placed according to the specific requirements of the patient / family.
They are trained to provide assistance and support with the challenges of everyday life, such as light domestic duties and daily routines such as washing and dressing. Most importantly, they provide helping hands that really care, and excellent companionship.
All of our staff work to the regulatory Codes of Practice and we are registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), the Board of Healthcare Funders, and the Healthcare Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
If you have any questions about our services, please see FAQs or Submit your questions via email (see form).

Babies / Children
Isisa Healthcare works with babies or children that require home-based care, including diabetic children in comas, and children who have suffered physically and mentally from accidents such as drowning. We also take care of disabled and special-needs children that require specialised nursing care at home.

Elderly
We offer care for the elderly, in the comfort of their own home. Our carers provide assistance and support when, for example, an elderly person has had a fall and needs a helping hand.

Post op care / Rehabilitation
Home-based care and assistance for post op recovery and rehabilitation, specifically following hip replacements and back operations. Our carers are trained by physiotherapists and can assist with rehabilitation exercises. We will also discuss any special requirements with your doctor to ensure you get the help and the support you need for a full recovery.

Respite Care
Respite care provides interim care to the patient when the primary caregiver needs a helping hand. When family members care for a partner, parent, or child, and the care required is beyond their expertise, or they need a break, our carers can step in.

Hospice Patients
We provide home care for hospice patients so that they can spend quality time with their families in their final days. Our carers provide expert nursing care for the patient, and take care of all of the patient’s requirements.

Medical Aid Claims
Registered Practice Number: 0359246.
Isisa Healthcare is currently contracted out of the medical aid schemes, but our service fees are based on medical aid rates. As we are registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders and the South African Nursing Council, and we have a registered practice number, you should be able to claim the costs of the care we provide from your medical aid.
We recommend that you contact your medical aid to confirm that this type of service is covered by your policy prior to commencement of our services.
