Isisa Healthcare is a privately owned company, founded in 2009 by two registered nurses with experience in the health care industry who identified a need for home-based care services, so patients could receive care in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. The company was established in response to the many requests for this type of service in the Health Care Industry.
Situated in Parkmore, Sandton, Isisa Healthcare provides services throughout Gauteng, and is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders.

Isisa Healthcare has a full-time staff complement of 12 personnel and a database of 300 “Care Giving” staff. All staff are carefully selected using strict criteria to ensure they meet the required standard, and receive ongoing training to maintain service excellence. All staff must be, and are, registered with the South African Nursing Council, with the exception of the Caregivers. All staff are indemnified.
Isisa Healthcare provides services throughout Gauteng, with a network of providers in other areas. Staff are available to work day duty, night duty, and “live-in” care if the patient needs 24-hour support.
About the Ladies Behind Isisa Healthcare
The company was founded by two registered nurses. One of the founders has since retired.
Before founding Isisa, one of the founders (R.N., R.M., Diploma Clinical Care Administration and Instruction) was the Managing Director of Charisma Healthcare Solutions, a division of Adcorp Holdings, from 1997 to 2008, and Senior Nursing Service Manager at Sandton Medi-Clinic from 1992 to 1999.
Isisa Healthcare has made application to the major South African Medical Insurance Groups to be registered with them as a preferred supplier for home care services.
